CRM Officer - Student Recruitment and Admission

Job Purpose:

The CRM Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing the university’s CRM system to enhance prospective student engagement and streamline admissions communication workflows. The role ensures accurate data entry, generates analytical reports, and coordinates CRM activities to support student recruitment strategies and targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update CRM data related to prospective students, schools, agents, and recruitment events to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  2. Support the Student Recruitment team in managing communication campaigns through the CRM (emails, automated workflows, reminders, prospect nurturing sequences).
  3. Track and monitor prospective student interactions, inquiries, leads, and applications within the CRM system.
  4. Generate and deliver regular dashboards and reports related to leads pipeline, campaign performance, follow-up activities, and conversion metrics.
  5. Support the planning and execution of Open Days, School Visits, Fairs, and recruitment events by preparing attendee lists, digital registration forms, and follow-up communications through the CRM.
  6. Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Identify CRM improvement opportunities and assist in system enhancements, integrations, and workflow optimization.
  8. Provide basic technical support and initial troubleshooting for CRM end users before escalating to related parties.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

 

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  2. Master’s degree is a plus

 

Experience

  1. +3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related field in a higher education environment
  2. Familiarity with international education systems and qualifications

 

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  2. Experience with CRM solutions such as  Dynamics, HubSpot, Odoo, or any admissions/recruitment systems.
  3. Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  4. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  5. Experience managing digital engagement tools is an asset
