The Department of English Language and Literature, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, 91¿´Æ¬Íø in Egypt (BUE), announces the opening of a limited Erasmus+ Traineeship mobility call for recent graduates (Class of 2025), in accordance with Erasmus+ Programme regulations. This call is linked to a specific traineeship mobility arrangement with a designated host organisation. Accordingly, eligibility is restricted to a defined group of graduates who meet the conditions of this arrangement in addition to the general Erasmus+ eligibility requirements. The selection process will be conducted in line with Erasmus+ principles of transparency, equal treatment, and institutional procedures.

Timeline:

• Call opening date: 20 December 2025
• Application period: 12–26 January 2026 (applications to be sent to Dr. Hoda Elhadary)
• Selection committee evaluation: 27–29 January 2026
• Notification of results: 30 January 2026
• Traineeship Duration: 1 March – 28 June 2026 (120 days)

1. Completed Application Form (provided by BUE Erasmus Office)
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Europass format recommended
3. Motivational Letter / Statement of Purpose – highlighting learning goals and interest in the traineeship
4. Copy of Transcript – proof of graduation (Class of 2025)
5. Copy of Passport or National ID – valid during the mobility period
6. Traineeship Learning Agreement (TLA) 
7. Proof of Language Proficiency
